When it comes to purchasing China compression fittings, you've probably wondered where to look for the best quality products. There are three main types of compression fittings: standard, flare, and push-in. They can be further segmented by type - iron & steel, copper & brass, and plastic. Moreover, compression fittings are widely used in wafer manufacturing assembly lines and semiconductor fabrication processes.

PP compression fittings are two-piece pieces that connect PE pipes. The body of the compression fitting is threaded so that the connection is tight and secure. The female threaded adaptor allows for quick and easy connection of two pieces of pipe. It also offers water-tight sealing. PP compression fittings are made of high-quality PP material and are compatible with the EN12201 and ISO 4427-3 standards. For ease of installation, PP compression fittings have a threaded design that prevents water from leaking out.

A different type of compression fitting is the NPT. This type is made for tubing with a specific outside diameter (OD) and is known as a low dead volume fitting. It's designed to connect a 1/4" OD tubing. The NPT product designation is different than the OD of the tubing. Using a male compression fitting requires a different style. Similarly, a female compression fitting has a different OD than a male compression fitting.

A hydraulic compression fitting is another type. It works by applying pressure to a tube. The pressures are much higher than a standard compression fitting, but you don't have to worry about them leaking. These fittings are very easy to disassemble and reconnect. They can also withstand toxic gases. They're easy to assemble and disassemble and require no tools. A compression fitting is ideal for occasional disassembly, as they're easy to break and rejoin without compromising the integrity of the installation.

Another type of compression fittings is the M type copper press tee fitting. Made with pure copper, these fittings join a seamless copper water tube.
