Alcohol removes oil or foreign matter from the two ends of the pipe; place the PE pipe to be welded in the frame slip, so that the length of the two ends is equivalent to the part of the PE pipe frame, which is supported by the support, so that the PE pipe axis and the machine The centerline of the rack is at the same height, and then fastened with the slips; when inserting the milling cutter, first turn on the power switch of the milling cutter, then close the ends of the PE tube and apply appropriate pressure until there are continuous chips on both ends. , remove the pressure, wait a moment, then retreat the movable frame, close the power supply of the milling cutter; take out the milling cutter, close the two pipe ends, check the alignment of the two ends (the displacement of the two ends of the PE pipe can not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, pass Adjust the straightness of the PE pipe and the elastic slip to improve; the gap between the two ends of the PE pipe should not exceed 0.3mm.
