Saw the pipe and repair it after the water has stopped is a good way to make permanent adjustments to the PE pipe. After the PE pipe sees water, close the gate valve and saw off the damaged pipe, but because the gate valve is not closed tightly or due to special circumstances, the water is sometimes not easy to break and clean, and the joints should not be boring. This type of water can only be used as follows The mechanical equipment docking and flange docking can be adjusted. If the hazard of the pipe can be made unremitting and boring without water, the following three methods of mechanical equipment docking, flange docking and electrofusion docking can be used to adjust.

The first category: mechanical equipment docking

Put the stainless steel support point casing inside the pipe, and use the special PE repair pipe fittings for water cut independently developed and designed by Jiantou Baosu. Such methods are permanent adjustments. There are two types of inner support point casing: fixed support point casing and adjustable support point casing. A grooved round pipe is added to the inside of the PE water cut-off special repair pipe close to the seal. Its key function is to round up and repair the roundness of the pipe, and it can also avoid part of the pipe from axial movement. If the out-of-roundness of the pipe is not large, it can be repaired with the internal support point casing and the current maintenance pipe fittings of Jiantou Baosu PVC-U pipe.



The second category: flange butt

Maintenance of small diameter PE pipes below dn110mm (including dn110mm) can be connected with a set of PE flanges (PE flange joints and steel flanges). The pipes above dn110mm can also be connected in flange form, but the connection process is not the same as that of small diameter. Cut off the broken pipe section, but make sure that the length is sufficient to meet the requirements of the flange joint device. After the flange joint and the current pipe material are welded together, measure the internal distance between the two flange joints and refer to the butt welding steps provided by our company. Butt the other two flange joints with back flanges as the same as the current pipe section. Pipes with outer diameter, SDR and characteristics, and then form a matching fitting between the two flange joints connected with the pipe at this stage. After centering, tighten the bolts and butt the assembly parts with the current pipe. This can constitute a complete constrained butt joint, which does not require insertion of internal support points and other constraining forces.

The third category: fusion butt

This kind of adjustment method is very similar to the flange butt adjustment, but the difference is that it uses different welding skills to form a permanent butt without leakage. It is not a butt welding method that welds both ends of the pipe and flange joints, but uses an electrofusion sleeve. Butt the replacement pipe and the undamaged pipe at both ends. After the water breaker is cleaned, it can be energized and welded with an electric fuse sleeve. The current product standard of electrofusion sleeve can reach dn800mm, and the price is higher. This type of connection is commonly used in gas pipeline maintenance.
