1. The surface of the pipe is corrugated.

Reasons: 1. Insufficient cooling 2. The seal ring specification is not suitable, resulting in vibration.

Solution: Increase the inlet water flow of the die sleeve or increase the distance between the die sleeve and the die sleeve. Check whether the vacuum groove sealing ring specification is small. If it is small, replace or moderately reduce the vacuum degree of the first vacuum groove and increase the vacuum degree of the second vacuum groove.

2. Surface pitting (mainly internal cavity).

Reason: 1. There are impurities in the raw material 2. The cavity between the mouth and the core is not cleaned 3. The temperature of the part is too high,

Cause aging. Solution: 1 check the raw materials 2 clean or tidy for a while 3 check the temperature sensor

3. Surface pits.

Reason: 1. The raw material is wet and the bubbles are cracked. 2. The water flow of the mold sleeve is uneven.

Solution: 1 raw material drying 2 adjust the water flow or dismantle the die sleeve

4. Bright spots on the surface.

Reason: Insufficient water flow in the die sleeve.

Solution: Increase the water flow of the die sleeve or remove the die sleeve with a large water flow



5. The axial direction of the inner and outer walls is not smooth.

Reason: The moisture content of the raw material is too high.

Solution: raw material drying solution

6. The surface is not bright

Reason: the melt temperature is not suitable or there is any problem with the raw materials

Solution: adjust melt temperature or dismantle raw materials

7. Scratches on the outer surface

Reason: Sand and stone are attached to the die sleeve, support plate or sealing ring

Solution: Clear the die sleeve, support plate or sealing ring

8. Outer waterline

Reason: The water eye of the die sleeve is blocked, which leads to excessive water flow of individual water eye.

Solution: Clear the die sleeve
